RedShelf eReader: Getting Help from RedShelf

  1. To get support from RedShelf, select the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. Under Help and Feedback there are 3 options to choose from.
  3. RedShelf Solve (FAQs) links you to the RedShelf support page where you can find articles on different RedShelf eReader features.
  4. Accessibility Support links you to different articles on accessibility features.
  5. Submit a Ticket links you to the RedShelf support center to submit a ticket directly to RedShelf.
