- To get support from RedShelf, select the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Help and Feedback there are 3 options to choose from.
- RedShelf Solve (FAQs) links you to the RedShelf support page where you can find articles on different RedShelf eReader features.
- Accessibility Support links you to different articles on accessibility features.
- Submit a Ticket links you to the RedShelf support center to submit a ticket directly to RedShelf.
