ExamView: Getting Started and Contacting Support

ExamView is a third party product offered by Echo360.

 

G-W provides the ExamView Installer and Test Bank Files through the Online Instructor Resources, but any issues with the ExamView software itself will need to go through Echo360 Support.

Getting Started

  • Create a Turning Technologies account at https://account.turningtechnologies.com/account/ in order to login to the ExamView Assessment Suite.
  • If you created an account in the past, but have forgotten your username and password, you will need to reach out to Echo360 Support or select "Forgot Password" on the Login page. This is not something G-W Publisher can assist with since this is a third party product.
  • Visit our ExamView System Requirements page here
  • In order to download the ExamView software onto your computer, you will need to have admin credentials. Some users are the admin of their own computer and may do this on their own, but many institutions limit this permission to the IT Department only.
