RedShelf eReader: How to Use Collaboration and Note Sharing

Sharing Notes

A user may generate a set of notes and share them with others.
 

  1. Select the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.

     
  2. Under Collaboration select Note Sharing.

     
  3. The first tab called Share Notes will allow you to share your notes with others. To turn on toggle the switch on.

     
  4. A unique code is generated which you can share with others to give them access to your notes.

     
  5. Toggle off the Share my notes if you no longer wish to share notes with others. 

View and Subscribing to Notes

A user may view and subscribe to other people's notes once they are given their unique code.
 

  1. Select the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner.

     
  2. Under Collaboration select Note Sharing.

     
  3. Select the second tab called View and Subscribe.  

     
  4. Enter the unique code to view and subscribe to other people's notes.

     
  5. You should now see the sharer’s notes in your eBook.
     
  6. You can toggle on/off other people's notes by selecting the eyeball. To unsubscribe from these notes, select the circle with the line in the middle.
