Steps to Add Exam Files into a Course in Schoology

  1. After logging into Schoology, select the Courses tab. Then select the specific course to which you would like to add Exam files.

     
  2. Under Course Options, make sure Materials has been selected.

     
  3. Select the Add Materials button and select Import from Resources.

     
  4. The Import from Resources window will appear. Scroll down to find a Collection of Exam files. Select that Collection to view each exam file on the right.

     
  5. An Instructor may add all files at once by selecting the checkbox next to Title, or select one Exam folder at a time.

     
  6. Select Import.

     
  7. Another window will appear. Select Import again to confirm.

     
  8. Now an Instructor will see the imported Exam files in their course.

     
  9. Repeat these steps until all Pretest, Exam and Posttest files have been added to the course.
