To create an assignment as a Word or Google Doc in Canvas using G-W Resources:

1. Access the Module in your Online Instructor Resources you would like to use resources from:
   
    
2. Select the document you would like to use and the DOCX file will download to your computer.
   
    
3. Navigate to Assignments using the sidebar in Canvas and click on the "+Assignment" button.
   
4. After adding a name to the new assignment. Then, select the  icon, and "Upload Document" from the drop down menu.
   
    
5. Drag and drop, or upload, the file and then select the "Submit" button.
