Starting with macOS 10.15 Catalina, Apple no longer supports 32-bit applications, including ExamView. With PointSolutions, you can convert your ExamView Test Bank Files. Once converted, you can use these files on your Mac.

1. Download ExamView from your G-W Online Instructor Resources.
   
2. Go to your Downloads folder, double-click the .zip file to extract the files, and double-click on ExamView Installer.pkg to begin the installation process. You may need an Admin/IT password to continue.
3. You may get the message below. Click OK to close the message box.
   
4. Open System Preferences.
5. Go to Security & Privacy and select the General tab.
6. If you have been blocked from opening an app within the past hour, this page gives you the option to override this by clicking the temporary button "Open Anyway."
   
7. You will be prompted again. Click Open to run the installer.
   
8. The content will now install.

Install PointSolutions Software for Mac

1. Go to https://echo360.com/pointsolutions-login/ and click Login under your region.
2. Login with your Turning Technologies account (email address and password).
3. Under PointSolutions, click Downloads.
   
4. Click Download to download PointSolutions desktop (Mac).
   
5. After downloading PointSolutions, double-click the pointsolutions_mac_9.0.1.dmg file in your Downloads folder.
6. A window with a picture of the PointSolutions icon with an arrow pointing to the Applications folder will appear. Drag the PointSolutions icon to the Applications folder icon.
   
7. Delete the PointSolutions icon from your desktop.
