Recommended System Requirements for Mobile Devices and Tablets 

Access: 

An Internet or 5G (Minimum 4G) connection is required to access all G-W content. 

Operating System: 

• Apple: iPadOS 15 or higher 

• Apple: iOS 15 or higher 

• Android: v15 or higher 

* Smaller devices (e.g. iPads, Android tablets, or handheld devices) can be used, but may be challenging for activities with larger tables due to limited screen space  

Supported Browsers: 

• Apple: Safari Version 26 or higher 

• Android: Chrome Version: Chrome 146 or higher (free download via the Google Play store).  

* Safari and Chrome are on an aggressive release schedule and therefore the most current version is not explicitly listed 

Software/Applications: 

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download) is needed for viewing PDF downloads. 

• Microsoft Office 2016 or greater OR equivalent document processing software may be needed to edit Instructor Resources (i.e. Lesson plans and PowerPoint Presentations). 

  • Some digital assets such as handouts and workbook assignments have been created as DOCX files. Apps such as Pages and Google Docs may be used to view and edit these files on an Apple or Android device.

• Confirm that 3rd-party cookies are allowed: 

  • iPad/iPhone - Settings App > Safari > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking > Toggle Off 

  • iPad/iPhone - Settings App > Chrome > Allow Cross-Website Tracking > Toggle On 

  • Android (Chrome) – Settings > Site settings > Third-Party cookies > Allow third-party cookies
