Instructors, please make sure of the following:
1. You are activating your subscription on a desktop/laptop device and not a mobile device (iPad/iPhone, Android).
2. You are using the Google Chrome browser, especially if you are using a Mac computer.
3. You are not in an incognito window in Google Chrome and not in a private window in Firefox.
4. You have published the resource materials you want the students to be able to access including the “Activate Your Subscription” link.
