How do I resolve LTI Course Links not working in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge?

We are aware of an issue causing LTI Course Links to not properly load in Chrome and Edge browsers. Our developers are working to get this resolved, but there is a workaround in place for now:

 

If you are receiving the following error message in Chrome or Edge, please use Mozilla Firefox until the issue is resolved. Firefox can be acquired via the following link: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browsers/

 

Once there, scroll down and select the appropriate version for your device.
