Steps to Import a Common Cartridge in Blackboard Ultra

The common cartridge (.imscc) file and integration pdf was sent to you through our ticket system. Please save those to your computer for ease of access.
Upon receipt of the common cartridge (.imscc) files sent by G-W Support, download those files to your local hard drive so they are ready for import into Blackboard Ultra. 

1. After logging into Blackboard Ultra, open the course to which you wish to import content.
2. In the upper right-hand corner of the page, select the three dots, and select Import Content.
   
    
3. Select Import Course Content.
   
    
4. Find and select the common cartridge (.imscc) file sent by G-W Support. A message will be displayed in the course indicating the import is in progress.
   
    
5. Once the file has uploaded, an instructor will see a folder under Course Content of imported content.
   
    
6. Expand the folder to view one folder for Resources and one folder for each chapter or unit of the content.
