Whether you are a student or an instructor using a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Blackboard, Canvas, Schoology, etc. or G-W Online Textbooks, many Redshelf eReader issues can be resolved easily by one or a combination of the following steps.
- The link, "Read this eBook", can become stale and non-functional if the page is left idle for too long. This is intentional for security reasons and can be resolved by doing one of the following:
- On a desktop or laptop, you can perform a hard-refresh of the landing page. This can be accomplished in most browsers by pressing CTRL+F5. If this does not work or you are on a mobile device, proceed to the next solution.
- Navigate back to My Bookshelf and re-access the title you wish to read.
- Ad Blockers can interfere with the way the RedShelf eReader loads and functions. If you are having access issues, please disable or pause your ad blocker while using G-W Online Textbooks and the RedShelf eReader
