If your instructor has created an assignment in Schoology that requires you to complete a PDF with form fields and submit it as an attachment, please complete the following steps for successful submission.

Steps to Submit a PDF with Form Fields Assignment

1. Select the Online Workbook or Online Handouts resource link per the assignment.
   
    
2. Select the assigned PDF link.
   
    
3. Complete the assignment by entering your responses into each form field highlighted in blue.
   
    
4. Upon completion, select the Download arrow to save it locally, or select the Print button and choose to "Save as PDF" in the Destination field. Now select a specific location on your local hard drive to save the completed file.
   
    
5. Open the Assignment created by your instructor.
   
    
6. Select Submit Assignment.
   
    
7. Select Upload and find the PDF with Form Fields document recently saved to your local hard drive. Then select Submit.
