What are Narrated Videos?

The narrated videos give a shop the opportunity to send the explanation to their customer when the customer is not present at the shop. Students would watch these videos to better understand concepts.

Accessing Narrative Videos

Narrated Videos provide an audio description of service demonstrations and automotive parts on a variety of automotive topics.

  2. Select a specific video/simulation to view.

  4. Select Narrated Videos to view all Narrated Videos within a given topic.
  5. Select another Narrated Video to learn more.

What are Interactive Videos?

The interactive animations are designed to provide visual content that supports a live presentation of automotive concepts. Service consultants and technicians use the interactive animations to explain services to customers while they are at the repair shop. Teachers would use the interactive content during in-person classroom sessions. Students can review interactive videos prior to entering the shop to aid in hands-on tasks. These interactive videos could also benefit students as they practice and build the communication skills they will need on the job.
